We work directly with you via phone, email, zoom or in person….it’s your travel, you choose how you want to work with us.

Why don't you take online bookings?

Let’s be honest: if you wanted to book online, you’d likely go straight to the cruise line’s website.

Our clients come to us not to handle the details themselves, but because they value the expertise, insider knowledge, and personalized service we provide. They appreciate having a dedicated expert manage not only their cruise reservations but also pre- and post-travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Offering online bookings simply doesn’t align with our mission. Unlike many other cruise agencies, we’ve chosen to focus exclusively on delivering world-class service—whether you’re a seasoned cruiser or setting sail for the first time.

Do you charge service fees?

Like most professional travel advisors we charge an upfront travel planning fee which, while non-refundable if you choose not to proceed, is fully deducted from the final balance of your cruise.

We don’t charge any fees to book any of our partner cruise lines, however there may be fees payable for assistance with organising aspects of your pre and post cruise travel.

Why shouldn’t I just book direct?

Cruise Advisors offers personalized service, extensive industry knowledge, and the ability to tailor your cruise experience to your preferences. We can also provide exclusive perks, private offers and benefits (such as Virtuoso Voyages), not available when booking directly.
